John Degregario was an excellent salesperson. I got to the dealership for my appointment and John was waiting to greet me at the door. He believed that a Chevy Trax was a good car for me because my old Chevy Malibu was low to the ground and I had to lift myself up to get out of the car. He was right. I really love this car already and it is a joy to drive and get in and out of. I have already recommended John to a friend (that is how much I liked his work ethic). When this lease is up, I will return to him because I trust him. I had a bad experience at my last Chevy dealer so I was probably being too careful but he took that in stride and answered anything I asked. He is a super salesman. Thanks. Relaxing visit for routine maintenance DJ had a calm air about him and facilitated my visit in an efficient manner. I was in for a regular oil change and tire rotation, but requested one of my tires be investigated for a slow leak. The nail pull and plug job was an economically executed solution. There was one twist to my visit - my state inspection was three months overdue. The service department went ahead and took care of that for me while I was there. I appreciated their fitting in the extra work. I've been going to DeNooyer for vehicle service for many years and always feel as though I'm treated fairly and respectfully.
