I’m just a bit turned off and upset by the fact that Hyundai is aware of the issue/defect with their engines burning oil. Then after following the recommendation to do the engine soak, it made the situation worse. I understand that Hyundai WAS replacing engines with these issues for cars with the original owners but apparently not anymore? But no fault to the service tech Colin, he was just following company procedures/policy and has always been friendly and professional.

Always takes over 2 hrs for an oil change, even with an appointment. Trying to book an appointment is extremely difficult and very far out. The online scheduling doesn't always work either. More
