Ricky was so patient and helpful. I came from 2 hours away to get the specific used vehicle I'd been looking for so I had lots of questions prior to making to the trip. Ricky was always very responsive and went the extra mile to send me pictures multiple times, as well as many calls and texts over a period of 8 days. Also just a very nice and personable guy. As far as the dealership, I was satisfied with the experience. But I agree with another post that refers to the long wait time to complete all paperwork, financing, etc. I financed through my credit union so I came with the check ready to go, but was still there a total of 4 hours. I understand that it's a business and up selling is part of that. But I feel like too much time was spent promoting the ceramic coating protection and additional warranties during the financing portion. More

It hasn't been 40 days since I got my car back after having it serviced and the oil light is on again. I'm so disappointed. I was told that both the engine and the transmission were replaced , covered u having it serviced and the oil light is on again. I'm so disappointed. I was told that both the engine and the transmission were replaced , covered under warranty, but I'm not sure since I'm having issues again. I will be taking it back to the shop tomorrow morning for review and repair. My other concern is why hasn't there been a recall on these vehicles after discussing with others who gave Hyundai vehicles and the same issues . I even witnessed a service rep explaining the "oil consumption test to another customer...she tho she was out of hearing distance. My service rep was Matthew and he was very nice and explained a lot, but nice does not get my car back to operational. When can they get it right. More
