I have a 2022 Genesis GV70. Crystal in the service department was very RUDE and her customer service is VERY POOR. Her behavior was totally unwarranted and unacceptable. She claimed to have had incorrect information, however it did NOT give her the RIGHT to be RUDE to a customer with an $80k vehicle in service, especially when the repairs are NOT coming out your pocket. I was not rude to her and she immediately got snappy and rude with me as I was advising my concerns and asking questions. More
