I’m only speaking about Sal in the service department. He has provided excellent service while I’ve had my BMW for the last three years. He is gone above and beyond to make sure all issues have been tend He has provided excellent service while I’ve had my BMW for the last three years. He is gone above and beyond to make sure all issues have been tended to which have been quite a few. He is professional personable, and is an asset to BMW in my opinion. While, I’m not happy with some of the issues that I’ve had with the car itself . I am extremely happy with the customer service I received from Sal. If I were basing my decision of whether to lease another car through BMW on Customer Service alone I would have leased another car unfortunatley that isnt the case.
