I am not satisfied with the BMW that I bought, not the service. I have had the new car less than 1 month and have driven less than 300 miles. The car has had two system failures, the first after less th service. I have had the new car less than 1 month and have driven less than 300 miles. The car has had two system failures, the first after less than 100 miles, and is currently at the dealers waiting for a part. I have been told that it will take several months to get the part. The car is obviously a lemon, but Ferman isn't willing to refund what I paid. More

I’m so far happy with the help that has been provided but I mentioned when I purchased the car about the speaker grill having an issue and they just said it was cleaner stuck and the service department said I mentioned when I purchased the car about the speaker grill having an issue and they just said it was cleaner stuck and the service department said it needed to be replaced. Considering it was so close to purchasing that car and I mentioned it before buying it I felt they should have handled it vs telling me I have to pay to fix it. Just my thoughts More
They overcharge by at least 30 percent on oem replacement parts. And probably by 20 percent on labor. You'll be sorry if you go to them for anything but basic services.
