Guys are great. I am able to purchase a used vehicle with no need to leave my office or drive to the dealership. (I live 250 miles away). Five Star Ford LLC maintains detailed high-resolution photography of all of their vehicles on smooth and interactive website. Hector is the salesperson that helps me. He records a virtual video walk-around of the vehicle and resolves all of my concerns about vehicle condition. It feels as I am there looking at the vehicle in person. Superb salesmanship. Hector is a great guy to deal with; really smart and an active listener. Ask for him. My deal manager is Joshua Ingram. This man actually picks up his phone, if he is available, and does not screen calls. He gets to the matters at hand and does not waste time. Accessible and very quick to offer me full disclosure before I commit. I'm totally happy with the deal. It is a great deal and this is an honest dealership. The vehicle I purchase is exactly as pictured and described. I will definitely trade with these guys again. Thanks guys, I love my "like new" pre-owned 2019 Ford Transit 250. It is really a high demand vehicle and difficult to find; but you deliver. Sweet! More

My experience at Five Star Ford was exceptional. I was purchasing a used car from out of state and Jason Howell made sure that my buying experience was the best.
