Sam Limo was very helpful and a true gentleman. No hidden fees or games. Sam held the car for us as we took several days to make the journey with a one-way rental car. Sam even had a small paint repair made to the truck before we arrived and took the time to demonstrate the truck's electronic features. Overall, Sam Limo made the experience enjoyable and easy, two words that are not usually associated with car sales. We will definitely consider future purchases from our friend at Five Star Ford. New F150 in just a few hours I was in need of a new truck but did not have much time. I decided to go to Five Star Ford because of the trust I have in the service department here I was in need of a new truck but did not have much time. I decided to go to Five Star Ford because of the trust I have in the service department here. These guys are honest and have integrity, qualities that are a must for me when considering a dealership. So, I called a friend (Landon) that works in the Service Department at Five Star Ford, he referred me to Eddie who did a fantastic job helping me find what I was looking for and getting the deal completed quickly. Eddie was knowledgeable, kind, and very helpful; a real pleasure to work with. He did not pressure me into anything and was more of a resource for getting questions answered and a helper, I truly enjoyed the experience. After a short wait for the finance department, I was treated to the Tut Man Experience. This guy is fun and jovial, he makes the typical bland, drudgery that most people expect from the financial side of the deal seem to fade away. It was more like a conversation than a "sign here and here, initial here, drop of blood on this spot..." Overall, the experience was excellent, all the people here were friendly, and I was driving off in a new truck in about 3 hours! I would certainly recommend Five Star Ford to anyone, not just for their great prices but, also for the people behind those great prices; that's what makes the difference. More
