Joshua Fichter was friendly and helpful with making sure I was completely happy with the vehicle I was getting and the price I would be paying. Bob came in to help with all of the paperwork once I was ready to begin and he was such a nice guy as well. Bubba Smith, in finance, was friendly and quick. He actually had me wrapped up so quickly that I couldn't believe I'd already finished buying a car. I will absolutely be going to Five Star Ford from now on! More

If I HAD to go through Ford for financing, I have a feeling he would have made my experience the BEST I'd ever had. He was sad that I brought my own NFCU check and I was sad I didn't get to close with him (David was cool but not Tut cool). Eddie - Made my negotiations pretty painless and was quick to ensure I had first dibs on the truck I was considering; Only other thing I wish I'd gotten would have have gotten my Military appreciation or Ford Loyalty $$ on this deal. Wayne Biggers is awesome This is the 2nd vehicle in 1.5 years we have bought from here and Wayne sold us both. He is a great guy and we highly recommend him.
