I requested a price online Wednesday, went to the dealership that afternoon looked at the car, went home to think about it. If you have ever been thru the car buying process the words "Can I earn your business today" are the most annoying robot words I have ever heard. Thankfully, Nathan never once said this to me, he showed me the car was so kind to me and didn't pressure me to go inside that afternoon to do any paperwork. I emailed Nathan that next day, we discussed a price and I was in and out of that dealership in under 2 hours!!!! The Tutman Experience lol he was so funny, kind, willing to listen to me, answered all of my silly questions, and as a single female not once did he try to add 5k worth of extras. There is a reason he has been there 15+ years, he is truly an employee that loves his job and his extremely honest. I was so pleased with my whole car buying experience! After 9.... and yes 9 dealerships, I am so thankful I decided to purchase this car! More

It also needed to be new enough to last me another ten years like my last truck. Once I settled on one of your certified pre-owned trucks, the sales and F&I managers worked with me to get the payment where it needed to be. At first, we were pretty far apart and if we couldn't get together on a deal, I would have returned later to try again if my salesman, Juan Hernandez, had been able to identify one that could work for me. But, it wasn't necessary. I would have returned, too, because I've had a lot of good luck with Five Star's service department and your location. More
