Instead starting with Mr. Rich, all of the people listed took the time to inform me of new changes, rebates, special offers, etc. the care that I received was simply incredible. I was able to purchase more vehicle for less money. That would have never happened if the entire staff at this dealership had not had my best interest and total satisfaction in mind. We let the team know what we wanted, what price we were looking for and the payments and they made it happen. We traveled over an hour just to work with Crystal and John since the first experience with my oldest son was great in June 2015. I wanted my youngest son to work with them since his first truck paying experience was horrific with another Ford Dealer. Great Service, except the AutoButler. The service provided by your service department was great, but the AutoButler was less than desired. The inside of my truck was not completely vacuume The service provided by your service department was great, but the AutoButler was less than desired. The inside of my truck was not completely vacuumed. The back floor of my F-150 still had dog hair and dirt. On the outside they missed part of the bed. There was still dirt. Did that even wash the truck before applying the finish? I am disappointed with their performance. I have always been happy with the AutoButler before, but not this time. More
