Took my truck to them February 17th for some warranty work. I had to leave it for them to diagnose it. Was finally diagnosed on March, 8th, and warranty company approved the repairs on March 10th. Finally received a message yesterday saying it will be another 12 days "at the earliest" before its finished. At this point I am out more in rental car fees than the repair is going to cost. 6 weeks for a 15 hour job! Almost zero communication from my sevice advisor. Left at least 6 voicemails before I finally convinced them to send me to the managers voicemail. Wich did get my service advisor to call me back the next day. I know everyone is busy right now, but that should not keep you from providing even the basic customer services. Not getting any communication again. So I guess I am headed to the dealership today. Let's see if they can ignore me in person! More

Upon returning with my extended warranty paperwork, Jason Kubica picked up the phone to call his boss (Tiffany). Tiffany had already been briefed about my car issues by Crystal, before I even arrived. And it was because of Crystal going the extra mile, Jason was able to get me in & out in less than 2 days...when most wait times are 1-2mos due to the pandemic slowing down supply chains. Jason, Tiffany & Crystal delivered exceptional service After The Sell...which is rare nowadays. More
Third or fourth time dealing with Odie. Made an appointment for recall work a week ago. I was scheduled with a different service advisor. Hope he stays at Five Star since it's close to home but if he moves to another Ford dealership I'll just go there. More
First I traded in my f150 and they gave me 17,000$ for and that was the most they could give. Then put it on their lot for 25,000$ the next day. Traded in for a Ford mustang. Test drove it and told them the suspension seemed bad. Told me oh it’s just the brakes and wheels need balanced. Said they were having it fixed and convinced me into buying it. It ended up having blown suspension. Took it back the next day to have it looked at and fixed. Gave it back the next day with the same problems. After that gave me the run around and would do nothing to help me! Took it to a shop and spent 3,700 on suspension! Then had to have the convertible top replaced from their upholstery shop doing a bad back window repair. The general sale manger was condescending and tried to tell me they lost money on the truck and was told well you bough an as is car. Said they would make it right but did everything they could to brush me and the problem aside. If you want top dollar for your trade and looking for a good used car avoid this place at all cost! Five star Ford nrh is no better than a tote the note dealership! More
I bought the 2021 F150 powerboost truck from this dealership. It currently has 3500 miles on it. The front drivers side running light flickers like a strobe light. I contacted their service departmen dealership. It currently has 3500 miles on it. The front drivers side running light flickers like a strobe light. I contacted their service department today, Aug 20, to schedule an appointment. Here are the options I was given: leave the vehicle over the weekend to be diagnosed or take the next available appointment which is “14 Sep”. Since I don’t have another vehicle I couldn’t go with the weekend option. That means I have to drive a new vehicle with a strobe light on the front for over three weeks. I’m quite disappointed with my first service attempt at this dealership. 3+ weeks for an appointment for a warrant issue is beyond ridiculous. More
Love me some Five Star Ford! My wife's 2017 Edge Titanium needed service because the "wrench" light came on. Dropped it off and met with Odie Terry, our Service Advisor. Odie informed us that it will be a da needed service because the "wrench" light came on. Dropped it off and met with Odie Terry, our Service Advisor. Odie informed us that it will be a day or 2 before a tech could get to it because they are always so busy. Odie called me a couple of days later and said the battery wasn't getting enough volts to the sensors, creating numerous error codes. Replaced the battery and one code came back as a torque converter issue. Once we found out they would be keeping it awhile Odie arranged a rental car for us. Turns out the transmission needed a complete overhaul. Thank God for the 5 year/60k mile power train warranty, which covered everything! Took about a week but once we got it back it drove like a dream! Odie called me every 2 days to give me a progress report. He made what was a major inconvenience much more bearable. It's nice to know there's a dealership close to us we can totally trust to service our Edge and do everything right. Hats off to you Odie Terry, you are a true professional and an outstanding ambassador to the Ford Motor Company! More
