This is the second BMW that my wife and I have purchased from Flemington BMW and Kursad, and we could not be happier. We made an appointment to came and take a look at electric vehicles and requested Kursad in the sales dept. Kursad sold us our last BMW a few years ago and we were very happy with that sales process as he is honest, knowledgable, and personal without adding undue pressure to make a sale that wouldn't work for us. We test drove an i4 AWD and was impressed with the handling, acceleration, and overall look of the vehicle and wound up leasing the vehicle for very fair price. We discussed trading in our other BMW vehicle and a fair price was offered to seal the deal. Then it was time to go to the finance dept. where Catherine Ferry went over the paperwork. Catherine really knows how to take care of her customers and the whole finance process could not have gone any smoother. Catherine was honest, and as with our last purchase at this dealership, a delight to work with. She explained all our options and also created no unwanted pressure that oftentimes makes vehicle purchases so unenjoyable. Finally, Rahul Lohan, the "tech guy" helped us figure out all the technology for which there is a lot. He configured the vehicle to our liking and explained in great detail how to operate each system. This young man was a pleasure to interact with and had tons of patience as he explained how all the tech works. All in all, a very nice experience and we highly recommend this dealership to anyone shopping for a BMW. More
