Great Service, Easy Trade-in We had an appt to get some work done on our Nissan Passenger van and on the way decided to update our model. The teamwork they demonstrated to set me up with a salesman, get my vehicle appraised, keep me informed about what they were doing and when was exemplary. It took us about 3 hours and we had 3 kids with us but I can’t complain at all. The staff were all kind, helpful and understanding of the little ones and did their best to keep all the cogs turning quickly for us. Having been a last minute decision to trade in our vehicle and without their knowing beforehand I think they did an outstanding job! More

Happy, could be better Overall, we were happy with our experience. However, the first impression was not the greatest and we got off to a rough start. The sales person seemed to not want to let us leave to look at other vehicles and took a long time finding us another vehicle, and had the key to our current vehicle so we could not leave. It was a nice car but was the first one on our list of what we wanted to look at. We finally asked the manager for the key to our car, and we left because we knew we had to check out a few other vehicles. It turned out that the first vehicle we looked out was the best deal and the one we compared all the others to. It was just a disappointment that we felt so guilty for leaving even though we told him we just started the process. We were also told that the car has auto start and it does not. That was a huge bummer as well. Other than that, our experience was positive but we felt that we were just a number and every conversation seemed scripted. More
