It took 4.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Pick up was at 11, which was 4 hours to begin with and it wasn't ready until noon. This is not the first time they have tried to take advantage of the situation by squeezing money out of us. Even another woman standing by my wife hearing the service guy talk, stated she hates coming in here because they " prey on us women". This is the first time I have written a review for Gordie because this has happened multiple times and hopfully this might change something. More
