Had dealt with Tim in service for many years with different vehicles and never had a problem. Well, I made the appt with Tim but got a gentleman named Brian as my service advisor. He was very polite different vehicles and never had a problem. Well, I made the appt with Tim but got a gentleman named Brian as my service advisor. He was very polite but I was thoroughly confused. My repair estimate had all kinds of line outs on it before he even tried to explain it to me. One one line it said I could get 2 after-market calipers installed for $403, the next line was one of the same calipers for $374. I'll be going back but dealing with Tim. More
