Shelby at Herlong was awesome to deal with! It was a smooth process and worth the 3 hour commute. This trucked was priced super competitive and was the lowest with in a 500 mile radius! Ordered truck from factory with one agent but before truck build was started, my agent no longer worked there. Kinda fell through the cracks without any updates on truck until they finally assigned me truck build was started, my agent no longer worked there. Had some issues with service department telling me that they had items for my truck when they didn’t. However, everyone was very nice and pleasant to work with. More
