Good buying experience I was pleasantly surprised with the level of experience I received at Jackson Acura. Paul was attentive, responsive and detailed without being pushy. My only complaint and the reason i removed 1 start was that it was very busy on my car pick up day, and it took over 1 1/2 hours to complete a small amount of paperwork to complete the sale. This left me with very little time to get oriented in my new car. In my opinion, the paperwork should have taken 15 minutes, and I would have preferred to spend more time getting oriented with the cars features with Paul. More

Remote fob issue I was experiencing a problem with my remote fob as I was getting an error message that the fob battery strength was very low. Brittiany quickly came I was experiencing a problem with my remote fob as I was getting an error message that the fob battery strength was very low. Brittiany quickly came out to meet me and then sent my car to the back for diagnosis of the problem. Within 15-20 minutes, the car was returned with no more error message and was told that the 3-volt battery had been replaced with an Acura battery. There was no charge for this battery replacement and my car was even washed before returning it to me. Very attentive and courteous service people - especially Brittainy. More
