Your finance guy was an xxxxxxx, the process which should have taken less than 30 mins took 90. We had a check from bank already filled out they had taken all of our information prior to us arriving at deale have taken less than 30 mins took 90. When I asked him how long more it would take he got upset and rudely said “I’ll let you know when I am done” once we were in his office his attitude went from bad to worst, forget about congratulating us on purchasing new vehicle and saying thank you.
