As soon as I walked in the door, it was a completely different experience. I was immediately greeted by Larry Reed. He took his time explaining everything to me, answered all of my questions with honesty and respect and would check in occasionally to make sure I was doing ok. After the previous two experiences, I felt pretty traumatized and was reluctant to even try again, but Larry put me at ease. I’m so thankful for him and beyond happy with my new car.
