Service Manager Jim did an awesome job with our newly purchased Wagoneer. I have dealt with another dealer for many years and came across a Ram Rebel I had to have! I called Klaben on a Saturday and talked to Carl and he was the more than helpful getting me the information and pr across a Ram Rebel I had to have! I called Klaben on a Saturday and talked to Carl and he was the more than helpful getting me the information and pricing that same morning. I had to do some thinking that weekend on what I wanted to do. Carl was off that following Monday and he handed off all information to Gilbert which made it simple to go ahead and decide to pull the trigger on this great truck!
