Service Manager Jim did an awesome job with our newly purchased Wagoneer. A faulty backup camera is never fun to have on a new car, but he along with our salesman Gus kept us in the loop on what was bein purchased Wagoneer. I have dealt with another dealer for many years and came across a Ram Rebel I had to have! I called Klaben on a Saturday and talked to Carl and he was the more than helpful getting me the information and pr across a Ram Rebel I had to have! I called Klaben on a Saturday and talked to Carl and he was the more than helpful getting me the information and pricing that same morning. I had to do some thinking that weekend on what I wanted to do.
