We full time Rv. We arrived at our campground in Newton Falls on Sunday after getting DEF MESSAGE that our truck would shut down in 150 miles. We had 80 miles left of the 150. Once my husband arrived he took excellent care of him and our truck. He knew we were in an emergency situation and handled us with exceptional and compassionate skills! They did not have the part we needed but called another dealership and the mechanic had our truck fixed by noon the next day!!! I cannot say enough about Corey as throughout the whole process, Corey would come out and chat with my husband and kept him up to date on everything. Even called for a rental car to be delivered to him. In this day in age it is hard to find employees like Corey. Klaben Service Center should be proud to have an employee like Corey. I belong and follow 15 full time RV groups and you can bet I will be posting on these sites how wonderful Corey Graham and the mechanics at Klaben Service Center are!!
