My Lincoln had a flat 50 miles from the Klaben dealership. Shelby sent a tech the 50 miles to pick up the tire, take it back to Lincoln, and mount a new one. She then sent the tech back to chang dealership. Shelby sent a tech the 50 miles to pick up the tire, take it back to Lincoln, and mount a new one. She then sent the tech back to change the tire! So the technician drove 200 miles that day to help me out of a jam. Throughout, Shelby was amazing. Klaben service above and beyond the call of duty. These folks really understand the concept of service--for both the vehicle and the customer. More
