Charge 3% for use of credit card. Very irritating. Claiming to protect the customer, they won’t accept a personal check. But they will take a debit card where the data will be a part Very irritating. Claiming to protect the customer, they won’t accept a personal check. But they will take a debit card where the data will be a part of the software company data along which will likely be sold. Personal check is safer than a debit card. You are not a small business and should not charge 3% for credit card use. And if you do, you should allow the customer to write a check. More

My battery died while I was at Summit Mall. I called Klaben, described the symptoms, and a service vehicle was sent to the mall parking lot to help. The mechanic, Tucker, arrived in a reasona I called Klaben, described the symptoms, and a service vehicle was sent to the mall parking lot to help. The mechanic, Tucker, arrived in a reasonable amount of time and verified that the problem was with the battery. He replaced the battery, re-programmed the required capabilities, and my vehicle was fully functional again. Tucker was incredibly quick and skillful at this work. He also told me that I had a number of accumulated points that were being applied to my bill. I had anticipated towing, a day or two for repairs and a large cost. It ended up costing about $50 and my day was not wasted. Tucker was an excellent representative for Klaben. A fie star rating is not enough. I did not catch the name of the lady who sent Tucker on the service call. She was also fabulous. More
