This last repair where they programmed a module for $240 seems a bit excessive. ii’s not like you’re writing the code from scratch. Your plug something in you hit download it updates the software $240 is a lot of money for that. More

Well my boys where at it again, I call them the nail brothers. I have never had two boys find so many nails in tires in my life. Klaben Ford is the best dealership around. Stopped by and talked with Tyler he was busy but asked what he could do told him about the tire and asked if he could do a oil change and tire rotation he grabbed the keys and said I’ll take care of it and call you later. Called me at noon I was like wow that was quick he said he was able to get it right back. I can’t say enough good things about him very friendly and helpful, as is all the Klaben family. I ran into my 2 salesmen Chris “awesomeness Maximus” Moldas and Tim “ the Man” sterling they both asked if anything they could do for me. Asked when anew Bronco sport was coming? I was traveling through area for work and stopped in Klaben service center as I was having heavy vibration in my foot pedals. The truck is a company owned truck and was 2.5 hours from home, driving ano Klaben service center as I was having heavy vibration in my foot pedals. When I pulled in to ask if they could even take a 5 minute look at truck to see if something major was going on, I got told that they didn't have a bay open and couldn't even take a look. I went to the next place down the rode and they looked at it no problem. It ended up being bad wheel bearing so thankfully the other place could fit me in. I did not expect the dealership to stop what they were doing to fix it, but atleast take a quick look to help someone in a RAM truck (which they are a dealer of) while I was stuck out of town. More
