When I called Klaben Ford service department with car trouble Mike was very nice and helpful. He said the earliest opening was almost 3 weeks out but if I could drop the car off and leave it for 3 to 4 d trouble Mike was very nice and helpful. He said the earliest opening was almost 3 weeks out but if I could drop the car off and leave it for 3 to 4 days he would try to work it in. He did work it in and found the problem. The part had to be ordered and as soon as the part came in they put it on. Everyone that I spoke with in the service department were very friendly and extremely helpful. This car was bought at a different dealership and I am the second owner. I would recommend Klaben to anyone for their auto/truck needs.
