He was gracious and provided exceptional customer service from the moment of lining up my credit application through me driving off the lot in my new truck. Mr. Simon was very kind to have picked me up at the Cleveland Airport (I flew in from Virginia), and it was fun to speak to a fellow car enthusiast. He showed all the details of the new truck, and I particularly appreciated his help to show me the new electronics, pairing my phone, and setting up the Ford mobile app for the new truck.
