Your candid comments indicate that, in your case, we clearly failed. On behalf of the entire Klaben Team, I sincerely apologize. The Klaben Team has a collective responsibility to address your dissatisfaction and concerns. Beyond our sincere apology, we desire to resolve your concerns and restore your confidence in Klaben. In addition, we have a responsibility to address the root causes of our failures in order to prevent similar issues from happening in the future. We utilize what we learn from our customers to address deficiencies in processes and, most importantly, to counsel, coach and train team members. When I initially reached out, you indicated you were taking "the car to an independent shop" and that Klaben's assistance was "not possible (as you are) currently living in Florida." I assure you that we are still willing and able to assist you. Distance creates minor obstacles that can be overcome. You also mentioned in your review that you "will get rid of it."
