Long wait time I took my car in on a Wednesday evening as it was scheduled for Thursday service. They gave us a rental so that I could get to and from work on that T I took my car in on a Wednesday evening as it was scheduled for Thursday service. They gave us a rental so that I could get to and from work on that Thursday and given the nature of the job, we assumed it would be done by Thursday evening. On Friday evening, it still was not done and they asked if we would be okay with the rental for the weekend. The rental was great but we thought it was strange that it was taking so long. We assumed it would be done on Monday. However, on Monday we got a call that they still had not gotten to our car but that it would be taken care of first thing Tuesday. Well, on Tuesday we got a call that it would be finished on Wednesday. The point is, we didn’t get the car back for almost a week after we had turned it in for service. I feel like we were taken advantage of because of our willingness to drop it off and come back versus waiting for it. It was fine, the rental was great and the employees were great (as usual) but schedule us if you don’t plan on getting to our car for a few days? More
Excellent Service & Communications After dealing with an intermittent transmission issue for quite sometime and repeated attempts to verify the issue with the service department, Tom wa After dealing with an intermittent transmission issue for quite sometime and repeated attempts to verify the issue with the service department, Tom was able to verify the problem on the latest attempt. Once identified, he promptly placed my truck in the care of the service department hands and kept me informed during the week it was being fixed. When completed, Tom made sure that everything was up to his satisfaction before releasing the truck to me. Since my truck was under an extended warranty, there was a small very reasonable deductible which I was pleasantly surprised with. Upon picking up my truck, I had found that they filled my gas tank, hand washed and cleaned the interior of my truck. I'll be honest, this was some of the best service I have received in a while. Kudos's to Tom and the rest of the team! More
