I went to Klaben for a oil change, and tire rotation, i was very satisfied. and one of the service women named Kim Wolfman checked my battery, we got to talking about my dislikes about the car, i mentioned was very satisfied. and one of the service women named Kim Wolfman checked my battery, we got to talking about my dislikes about the car, i mentioned the seatbelts were all different in the ford escapes, because my seatbelt extenders wont work in my new 2020 and i was told by the salesman who sold me the car that ford does not give them to you free anymore and they cost 100.00 apiece now, and she got on the phone and talked to someone and ordered me one for the front seat and one for the back seat at no cost to me, boy was i shocked and happy, i love her, because i did not want to spend 100.00 for a seatbelt extender.
