This dealership has been very good to my family we have bought vehicles here for over 15 years. This last experience was special I was driving through the lot just looking around when I had a few question bought vehicles here for over 15 years. This last experience was special I was driving through the lot just looking around when I had a few questions about the ford explorer and a gentleman named JC was very helpful and very kind and patient with my children I really didn't want to purchase a vehicle that day because I had all 3 of my children but just to look around. I have went through the car buying experience before and having children there is not always easy. However this time around klaben has really been aware that the kids needing something to do they have a playroom that my daughters really injoy . After JC allowed me to look over a few models Nate came out and said let see what we can do we started the paperwork process and he could tell that the girls were getting tired and hungry but most of all he could tell that I just was not ready to make a decision that day I wanted to see what my husband thinks and for us to make a decision together. Nate was very helpful and understanding. He followed up talked about the vehicle to my husband and the financials and they were able to work with us to make sure we were comfortable. I will definitely recommend Klaben to my family and my friends. I thank you and appreciate everything you have made work for my family. And I love my 2020 Ford Explorer. More
