2017 Used Explorer Tyler and Steve took excellent care of my wife and I. We texted them about a used SUV we were interested in and when we could meet. THANK YOU Klaben for the second chance! I took a chance and reached out to Doug Carter with little confidence that I would be able to get out of my current high interest auto loan. When I ex I took a chance and reached out to Doug Carter with little confidence that I would be able to get out of my current high interest auto loan. When I explained less than my ideal situation, Doug, without hesitation, assured me that he would be able to help. I called him and we talked about what I would be looking for in my next vehicle. He quickly got to work and only had to send me 2 pictures before I made my decision. Once I gave him the go ahead, he got right to work, along with his Sales Manager, Tim Casto. Shortly after, I received a call that it was a done deal! My husband and I made the hour drive to the dealership, excited to see "my car" in person. It was ready and waiting in the garage when I pulled in. Freshly washed, cleaned and ready to go. I took it for a quick spin and fell in love! I was introduced to Denise Alcorn to complete the final paperwork. She was knowledgeable, thorough, and very personable. She answered each and every question I had to make sure that I was comfortable before I left. My experience at Klaben was one that I could never have imagined.
