Under warranty Mona was nice, as was person who checked me in. I have a used Certified Escape that I bought 7 months ago which had a console dash light problem. I’m a bit confused on having a $100 deductible on a ‘ warranty covered’ issue. The project took 3 days to rectify. There was no loaner car offered and vehicle did not get washed- as promised (something to do with truck parked in front of wash entrance?). I’m fortunate that I have a third vehicle that I used during this 3 day inconvenience... because it could get costly renting a vehicle for an issue that would be totally covered with my other ‘make’ of vehicle under their warranty. More
