I was told over the phone when I booked my service appointment that the (recall) repair would take only 5 minutes. I was there over an hour. I would have no problem waiting that long for the service appointment that the (recall) repair would take only 5 minutes. I was there over an hour. I would have no problem waiting that long for the service, but the estimate needs to be more accurate. There were multiple customers who arrived after us and left before us. It was as if they cleared everyone else out first. I know repairs all take different amounts of time, but care should be taken to check people out more efficiently. More
