I was nervous I stopped in unannounced on a busy Saturday afternoon and was warmly welcomed by the staff and graciously attended to by Mike Urbania. I was nervous about the process but Mike put me at ease immediately and outlined my options clearly so I was very comfortable and able to enjoy the experience. He exceeded my expectations in every way and it felt like I was dealing with a friend and not a salesperson. I drove away in a brand new Ford Ecosport with a big smile on my face.
