We were having voltage issues with our Explorer to the point that we were unable to gain entry to the car! After using the Ford Pass app and calling directly to Ford Assist and with both attempts being u point that we were unable to gain entry to the car! After using the Ford Pass app and calling directly to Ford Assist and with both attempts being unsuccessful relied on the Service Dept. to solve the problem! Not having an appointment, the Service Dept. still took the car in after sensing urgency on our part, resolved the problem quickly, returned the car washed and ready to go! Klaben's are all about service for their customers! Thank you Mike Klaben for the best service and beyond! More

Went to get a nail out of my tire and get a chemical patch from inside the tire. The service department could not provide this type of service on my ultra performance tire. I'm pleased they were up fron patch from inside the tire. The service department could not provide this type of service on my ultra performance tire. I'm pleased they were up front with me about the repair. There are performance tire shops in the area that can provide this service. I proceeded in that direction. More

I just picked up a new Mustang Mach 1 from Klaben Ford. Kenny Goss, my salesman was responsive, flexible, and professional. I drove almost 6 hours to pick up my car from them. Vehicles are in short supply today and many dealers are marking up cars and playing bait and switch games with fees and add-ons. It’s refreshing to see an honest, straight forward dealer. They were flexible working with my out of state credit union, the paperwork was the fastest I’ve seen and without high pressure sales tactics. More
