Service team did not give up I had an odd electrical problem that was tricky to diagnose. Symptoms included the auto stop-start not working and a random battery reset while at a I had an odd electrical problem that was tricky to diagnose. Symptoms included the auto stop-start not working and a random battery reset while at a stop light. Quick battery tests showed it needed recharged a couple days after a full charge. Advanced battery tests all came back positive. The service team persisted and was able to find out that the battery was in fact defective. Replaced the battery under warranty and the car is working good as new. Everyone was friendly and patient throughout the process. They offered rental cars when the tests were taking longer than normal, and kept me well informed. Overall a great experience. More
