I have all the paper work of service and after evaluation be very careful it utilizing Lakeland Volkswagen. I ended selling the vehicle to someone that can manage the service outside of Lakeland Volkswagen. I would not buy another Volkswagen due to this service department even though I felt that Katlyn could do only what was communicated. More
Never fixed my issues. Blamed my issues on bad gas. Key fob would loose connection while driving down the road. Car would be in drive and the RPMs would red line. I came to Lakeland VW looking for a Jetta I had seen on the website, after watching a very favorable car review on YouTube. When Nick Maxvill met me in the showroom, I mentioned the car I wanted to see, h the website, after watching a very favorable car review on YouTube. When Nick Maxvill met me in the showroom, I mentioned the car I wanted to see, he got the key, and we went to look it over. While quite knowledgeable in answering my questions, Nick was letting me sell myself on the car instead of pushing for a sale, and I appreciate that. He knew I was there for a purpose, and he was facilitating that purpose. I think he's quite good at assessing a customer. We went for a test drive and Nick let me sell myself on the car. I gave the dealership four stars because the first set of paperwork I signed had the wrong VIN, and the spare key was for a different Jetta, so I had to return the next day and do it again. More

Has a worst appointment scheduling experience. Did online schedule from the car infotainment system. Went for appointment and they said online would not know about software update service restrict Did online schedule from the car infotainment system. They further said we have to schedule this appointment when there’s loaner vehicle available and receptionist will call me with further instructions. No one called me for three more days, so I called back and explain this issue and got my second appointment setup with them on phone. Come appointment day, I was told. No VW would not pay for loaner until they find recall is needed. So no loaner and you wait till they find out if the car has some screw ups before they approve loaner. Okay decided to drop it to finish this torture. Driver dropped me to friends shop. Now at the end of day they called said everything checks out, they upgraded software and took care of recall. Got in car and quickly checked software version on car screen and had same old software version. Went back inside and called service staff out and showed her on screen, she goes like now I have to wait for OTA update to happen and if it don’t bring it back in. So guys if you are retired and have bunch of time then deal with this nonsense. All of us are heading to future by VW runs backwards in sales and service due to untrained professionals and not to well configured software that actually fails you more. Very disappointed with this dealership. Had bought like 10 cars from this dealership over period of time but your values don’t hold up at this dealership. Made a mistake of buying VW. Would not recommend this dealership nor this brand. Both sucks. More
