Our shop has all the top factory required tools and equipment accompanied by thirty-two factory trained technicians, eight Lexus certified trained advisors and over eighty service bays which makes it easy for our customers.
At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). Service Department RX400h needed small battery. Parts dept quoted $118, even though my battery was still under warranty service adviser quoted $180 (pro-rated which wa RX400h needed small battery. Parts dept quoted $118, even though my battery was still under warranty service adviser quoted $180 (pro-rated which way?). Positive terminal corrosion, mechanic broke the terminal. Quoted $7000 to replace whole engine harness. Are you for real? It took me $32.08 for replacement terminal , another $10 in battery cleaning material and $149 for AGM GELL battery from PepBoys. Shameless crooks! More
