OUR HISTORY Walt DeBoer founded Lithia Motors in 1946 as a Chrysler-Plymouth-Dodge dealership in Ashland, Oregon. Following Walt’s death in 1968, Walt’s son Sid along with Dick Heimann, grew the business to include 5 stores and 19 franchises in Southern Oregon. In December 1996, this collection of dealerships was transformed into Lithia Motors, Inc., a publicly traded company (NYSE stock symbol-LAD). We envisioned a company that would continuously grow, provide great customer service, and opportunities for employees. TODAY Lithia is one of America’s largest automotive retailers featuring most domestic and import franchises. Our stores serve urban and rural populations throughout the Western and Midwest United States. We are focused on providing customers with an honest and simpler buying and service experience. We are giving customers straightforward information so that they can make confident decisions. We believe that our local communities are our lifeblood. The same night I purchased the vehicle I received an email asking for my feedback. I responded and when I got to the submit link I used my then current email and password. I received the message that that they were not acceptable. I double checked re-entered and received the same response. So I selected the link that asked for a login code. Instead of a code I was directed to enter a new password. So I did as I am older and sometimes enter stuff incorrectly. Then the most irritating thing about the experience happened. I was directed back to the login and had to re-enter all of the previous answers. I entered the brand new password and received the same invalid response. So I then performed the same steps a third time. I once again answered the same questions. This submittal, with the new first sentence, added. This was accepted. What needs to be fixed is to have the program return to where they left off. Normally, I wouldn’t have responded a second or third time but I didn’t want anything to reflect poorly on any of the employees who helped me. I want to state that while I still get upset with the trade in on a prior purchase and feel it was not settled satisfactory I don’t hold grudges and continue to return. This purchase is my 4th from your dealership. While I like your product, your employees like Lance and Gabby are a large reason I continue to come back
