I LOVE my Bronco, Darin Lee made that possible for me! ! Over the course of the last 7-8 months, Darin and I talked quite a bit, he was always courteous and knowledgeable. Dealing with Long McArthur was one of the worst customer service experiances I have ever had. Certified Factory Preowned means nothing to this dealership. Their service department couldnt find what was caus service experiances I have ever had. Certified Factory Preowned means nothing to this dealership. Their service department couldnt find what was causing the electrical issues any of the 5 times they had it for the same problem. Their Lincoln Concierge has no clue on what customer service is or means. They were not interested in "making us happy" like they kept saying. We got screwed because they sold us a lemon. The Sales Manager would only give us $2000 off the replacement vehicle and charged us for the mileage we had driven. Their lemon cost me money! They tried to pacify us with a Olive Garden gift card. Only after I started posting reviews did the Manager actually get involved. By then it was too late. This type of treatment is what gives car dealerships and sales people a bad name. More
