I bought from Long McArthur even though I live in WI, because of Derek Lee and Dan Penner. I shopped at 3 area dealers and none of them offered what Long McArthur was offering, which was a better trade, because of Derek Lee and Dan Penner. I shopped at 3 area dealers and none of them offered what Long McArthur was offering, which was a better trade, shipping my truck to me, taking my trade back, and most importantly, the best customer service I've ever had from a dealer. Using Long McArthur it took from May 20 to July 19 for Ford to build my new truck, when many other dealers were waiting 3-8 months for their orders. Long MAcArthur was a few hundred dollars more for my new F150, but I was willing to pay that for the way I was treated. I may never buy a new vehicle locally anymore! Long McArthur will always be my first choice when I buy a new vehicle. Thank you Derek, Dan, Donell and the Long McArthur Ford family. You guys are the cream of the crop! More

First I want to thank Long Mac for a great deal on my car. It has been great! But the service I receive has been amazing.
