Wasn’t expecting as great of service as I got I’ve been to a lot of dealerships and bought a lot of cars but Long McArthur takes the cake. Everyone was really nice and helpful from the moment I stepped in the door. I knew which truck I wanted and they didn’t try to sell me anything else. They were prompt getting the paperwork done and offered me coffee and water while I waited. It’s a family business and you can tell. Oh and the prices are easily the cheapest in a couple state radius. I drove only a hour but I’m glad it was only a hour because I’ll probably be going there again when I don’t live in Kansas anymore. More

The worst experience My car was in an accident around Selina, and it’s not able to drive so I have no choice but sent my car to this dealership. At beginning, they told me My car was in an accident around Selina, and it’s not able to drive so I have no choice but sent my car to this dealership. At beginning, they told me it’s gonna be two weeks, after two weeks they said it’s going to be next month. I waited a month and half, my insurance agent called me and said they have broken my rear window so pick up time will be delayed again. Another week later, my agent called me again and said they broke another part of my car again. I have to wait two months more for ordering a new part, otherwise they will fix the broken one and put it on. Finally, they put the broken part on my car, called me to pick up. I did a quick check when picking up my car: they did not take care of scratchs and small demages at all. I asked them to fix it but they said they need charge me extra money for that, or find somewhere else. I was really upset and disappointed with this dealership. I also asked them to fix my fuel cap, it was through warranty, I made two phone calls to make sure they fixed it, when I got there the fuel cap was still broken, they didn’t even remember my asking. Now I had my car back, after eight and half weeks repairing, there are many annoying vibrations m and noises on my car. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. As a foreigner, I must say this is the worst experience that a ever known in America. I hope owner of this dealership will see this review, and make some changes. More

Excellent experience from start to finish. Let me start of by saying I have purchased vehicles from several of the larger dealerships in Wichita. I have had experiences with those dealerships that ranged from moderate to terrible with a slant towards terrible. I had been looking for a fairly specific used truck and was about to head to Oklahoma City to look at one when I happened to find a listing for a very comparable vehicle at Long McArthur in Salina. I contacted their internet sales department and was provided multiple detailed photos of the vehicle I was interested in within minutes. I then decided to take the hour and a half drive to Salina to look at the truck after having a brief conversation with salesman Travis Godfrey. Upon arrival I was promptly greeted by Travis and shown the truck which had been parked up front and was waiting for me. The truck drove perfect and was even more than I expected. Next came the sale negotiation and trade appraisal which was low pressure, professional and totally painless. Long story short their truck was better than described, the price was more than fair and I was very pleased with their trade in offer. The whole transaction was complete in less than three hours, which was amazing to me. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had and will definitely be a return customer. More
