Lubbers has been my go to Dealer since 1997 when I ordered an Extended cab Splash from them. Since then there has been a 2007 V6 Mustang which I traded in for a 2011 Mustang GT and Troy Spencer was th ordered an Extended cab Splash from them. Since then there has been a 2007 V6 Mustang which I traded in for a 2011 Mustang GT and Troy Spencer was the Salesman that handled that transaction. After that he was my go to Guy at Lubbers ( along with Tommy Burrell) for a 2013 Escape, a 2017 Escape. Recently took delivery of my 2021 Escape Titanium Hybrid that Troy and Chris Lubbers ordered for me. I wouldn't even think of going to any other dealer. Everything just goes so smooth and easy at Lubbers Ford. More

I ordered a new Ford F-150 platinum through Lubbers and I really can’t say enough good things about the dealership and how we were treated by Matt, our salesman, and the rest of the staff. When the vehicle finally arrived the delivery and closing was pleasant, quick, and painless. I’ve bought a number of new vehicles over the years, but never realized that the experience could be so easy, and that I could feel so happy about the purchase. I would recommend Matt again in a heartbeat, and Lubbers Ford/Chevrolet to anyone thinking about a new vehicle. Five stars!!! More

Saturday May 1st we were involved in an accident, from out of state, close to the Chevrolet dealer. My mom called the dealership, explained the situation, and Bryon came to our aid. He was extremely kind and helpful, assisting us in unloading my car and loading our items into the other vehicle, as mine was totaled. Bryon sat with us until the sheriffs department and the tow truck came, making sure everyone was safe. Bryon went above and beyond the duties that his job entails. We are so thankful to have met Bryon. We cannot thank him enough for all the help, especially being from out of state! 10/10 would recommend. More
