No reply to an email sent to the service manager 2 weeks ago about the installation of wiper blades. I had told technician I personally had replaced front wipes 3 months prior and the rear blade 6 weeks pr ago about the installation of wiper blades. I had told technician I personally had replaced front wipes 3 months prior and the rear blade 6 weeks prior. I tried out the rear blade on my dirty rear window and only half of the blade made contact with the glass. Picture sent. I was also promised the old blades and did not find them in the vehicle. More

They had a few Rav 4 Hybrids and I was looking for one. The one specifically I was looking for was a silver color and the one that they had did not have some of the special options I wanted.
