A bit overpriced, and they pressure you to have them do easy tasks at an inflated price. The final part was degrading & horrible. I feel tricked & insulted by what happened. First, I came in with an approved loan from my bank (which was valid for all car purchases), but the Mait I feel tricked & insulted by what happened. First, I came in with an approved loan from my bank (which was valid for all car purchases), but the Maita people said it was good for only *new* car purchases. So, that was a trick, I feel. Now I have 11 credit inquiries on my credit report, which I do not appreciate. Then one of the creditors called my cell phone during the final part of this car shopping event fishing for info - that was uncomfortable. Then Maita asked for a down payment, which I didn’t want to do. (Remember, I walked in with a pre-approval in my hand…) But I was so embarrassed because I felt they were treating me like a bad credit risk, like a “poor person”, that I handed over $1000 cash that I wasn’t prepared to hand over. I resent them suddenly asking me to put a down payment like that. Finally, at the end with the credit person he wanted to sell me a warranty for $3500, and was surprised when I said no. He inquired why didn’t I want the warranty when the car was a 2018 with 45k miles on it? (The salesman said it passed 136 points and it was a good car. Was that a lie??). Why did the credit man care if I purchased an extended warranty or not? That was weird and suspicious. Made me doubt my decision to buy this car from Sonny the salesman. More

Dayton did a great job taking my car back to have the battery retested. It was kept overnight and service learned it did indeed have a bad cell. They replaced the battery and I was able to pick my car battery retested. It was kept overnight and service learned it did indeed have a bad cell.
