I felt like I was overcharged for my regular service and that I was being "up-sold" for other services I was previously told I did not need since I had only driven the car 5K since the last service 9 months that I was being "up-sold" for other services I was previously told I did not need since I had only driven the car 5K since the last service 9 months ago I highly doubt these items were now an issue In addition when I was sent outside to wait for my car after paying it took 20 minutes for them to locate my car and bring it to me - overall not the best experience I have had with Toyota More

I came in to get a maintenance done on my vehicle and found out they did smog as well. They were able to add that to the list and start working on getting that taken care of. I had an issue with my compu found out they did smog as well. They were able to add that to the list and start working on getting that taken care of. I had an issue with my computer port for the smog readout and they diagnosed, fixed everything and got me out of there in just a couple of hours. Very thankful for the extra help, they didn't have to do that.. You saved me another trip out there. This is one of the reasons I always take my car to the dealership. More
