When I picked it up, it was a bit dusty (perhaps because of the rain that day), and it made me question what was actually done. For this new purchase vehicle, I’m skeptical about the value of this add-on service that I pre-purchased. I would love for someone on the Toyota team to contact me to go over what was done and how I can tell that it was actually done. Thank you! More
Expected detailed review of auto, (brakes, Fluids, tires etc), did not receive. Later found out I had to request. All previous Toyota Dealers did this as normal.
