Arrived early and checked in for my 9 a. m. appointment right away - no waiting. My service rep. actually read my online comments as to what service I needed done. The waiting area was not crowded and I took advantage of the complimentary coffee. The cafe was a wonderful change. My car was ready early and no additional problems was found. I came for a regular oil change then my car broken down while in the service. Hybrid battery code. I was told to replace the battery for $4k+ I refused.
